How do I enable FAT32 on 98?

If you obtained this version of Windows 98 with a new computer system, it may already be using the FAT32 disk format. If not, or if
you add a new hard disk to your computer and you want to use the FAT32 file system, use the Drive Converter (FAT32) tool by clicking Start, pointing to Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools and then clicking Drive Converter.
